Terms and Conditions — Obciniada 2025

These terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.obciniada.ro, which facilitates the purchase of tickets and registrations for the Obciniada Festival, held between 13-15 June. By accessing and using the site, users accept the terms and conditions below.

IN. ORGANIZERS AND THE EVENT

Obciniada Festival is organized by IMIRO SRL Company, based in Gura Humorului, 18 Republic Square, office 1, Suceava county, with registration code 51210880, and by Club Sportiv Bucovina Inter Obcini Association, based in Gura Humorului, Bd.Bucovina Nr.33, having tax registration code 43307840;

The festival includes:
  • Obciniada MTB Marathon (mountain biking);
  • Obciniada Night Run (night mountain run);
  • Obciniada Climbing Festival (climbing and bouldering);
  • Festival area with two stages and various entertainment activities.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

We may process your personal data if:
  • This Regulation applies to the organization and conduct of the Obciniada event (hereinafter referred to as Festival), organized by SC IMIRO SRL and Asociatia Club Sportiv Bucovina Între Obcini (hereinafter referred to as Organizers) at Hanul Arinș, Gura Humorului County. Iasi (hereinafter referred to as Location).
  • The regulations contain the provisions that each participant of the event must comply with and its obligations in relation to the Organizer and other participants of the Festival.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time without prior notice to the Participant. Any changes to this Regulation will be posted on the event website obciniada.ro as well as at the entrance to the venue of the event, being immediately applicable from the moment of display.
  • By purchasing a ticket and/or by accessing the Festival, the Participant declares that he has read, understood and undertakes to comply with this Regulation.

III. PURCHASE OF TICKETS

  • The organizer reserves the right to change the ticket price without prior notice. They are sold exclusively on the iabilet.ro platform
  • The price of Full Pass tickets includes access to the festival area for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, June 13, 14 and 15.
  • Day Ticket — Ensures participants access to the event on the day for which the purchase was made, according to the schedule on the website. It is only available on site.
  • Minors up to 12 years of age have free access throughout the festival, provided that they are accompanied by a parent/parent holding a valid ticket.
  • The organizer grants free tickets to persons with disabilities, as defined in the Regulations. In order to obtain the ticket, it is necessary for the eligible person to complete a declaration on their own responsibility, accompanied by supporting documents. The Organizer also provides the opportunity for the person accompanying the recipient of the free ticket to purchase a ticket at a discount of 50% of the total value. Persons with disabilities who fall into a type and degree of disability from the following categories can apply for a free ticket: severe or severe physical disability, severe or severe hearing disability, severe visual disability, severe or severe neuromotor disability (if the disease affects locomotor functions similar to physical disability), severe or severe deafness type disability.
  • The price shown includes all taxes, but does not cover transportation and accommodation costs. The festival provides a camping area, and access is made after purchasing a camping ticket on the iabilet.ro platform

IV. ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL

  • Access is made from the date presented on the website and on social networks.
  • All participants are checked at the entrance for compliance with the provisions of the Regulations, in order to ensure their safety and that of the other participants, as well as for the smooth running of the Festival. If a participant refuses verification, the Organizer reserves the right not to allow him access to the Festival, at the participant's responsibility.
  • Access to the festival is made only on the basis of the bracelet received on the basis of the ticket/registration kit for the sporting events.
  • Entry/exit is carried out only through specially designated areas. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the participant being unable to re-enter the Location.
  • All participants in the event will have a valid ID on them for the purpose of checking the conformity of the free ticket/ticket and validating it.
  • If, as a result of checks carried out at the entrance or on the territory of the Festival, objects that do not comply with the provisions of the Regulations are identified, they will be confiscated and will not be returned later. Participants have the right to return from control and leave their objects in a space outside the Festival (e.g. car, external accommodation, etc.) or to throw them into the bins specially arranged for such items. The exception is illegal or illegally owned objects.
  • If illegal objects (e.g. drugs, narcotic substances) or illegally possessed (e.g. firearms held without a permit) are found on the person, the competent authorities will be referred and the necessary measures will be ordered. Access to the festival is prohibited for anyone carrying weapons, even if they are legally owned. Identifying them in the territory of the Festival implies the immediate evacuation of the person in question.
  • Access to the festival grounds for minors under the age of 14 is allowed only if they are accompanied by a parent or person exercising parental authority (guardian), who will sign an express statement assuming responsibility and obligation to supervise the minor. A parent/person exercising parental authority (guardian) may accompany a maximum of 3 minors.
  • Persons between the ages of 14 and 18 will be able to enter the festival premises only on the basis of a statement from their parents or legal representatives allowing them to attend. The organizer does not assume any responsibility regarding the verification of signatures or how the declarations are signed, these matters remaining the responsibility/responsibility of the persons submitting the declarations.
  • In any event, the Organizer will not be held responsible for any incident or accident involving minors, with the entire responsibility falling on the minors and/or parents/person exercising parental authority. The organizer draws the attention of parents/persons exercising parental authority to the fact that they have the obligation to supervise the minor and will be held liable for any damage resulting from non-compliance with this obligation.

IN. RETURN POLICY

Cancellation of tickets and participation fees is possible only according to the rules established by the ticketing platforms:
  • Iabilet.ro: Refund of ticket value is not possible.
  • 42km.ro: Refunds vary depending on the request period, as follows:
    - 100% between February 20 and April 20;
    - 75% between April 21 and May 15;
    - 50% between May 16 and June 1;
    - 0% between June 2 and June 13.
  • In case of cancellation of the order, the Organizer will be able to return only the ticket price, not the price of intermediation services related to the purchase made.
  • Under no circumstances can tickets be returned after the event has taken place.
  • In case of cancellation of the event for reasons of force majeure, the organizers can offer alternatives such as rescheduling or vouchers for other events.

VI. RULES OF CONDUCT

  • All participants must comply with the social rules, laws and regulations listed in this Regulation. Participants are not permitted to engage in any activity that could endanger or in any way affect the safety or rights of other participants. The Organizer does not assume responsibility for any damage (material or physical) caused by non-compliance with the Regulation and will be able to claim compensation from persons guilty of violation of it.
  • Drug trafficking or consumption is illegal, strictly prohibited and will be punished according to the laws in force. If a person is found with illegal substances on them, they will be taken out of the Festival immediately.
  • Participants are obliged to respect and not destroy the environment, including buildings of any kind and associated green spaces, within the premises of the Venue.
  • During the festival the Organizer, the Organizer's partners or the accredited press have the right to record and photograph the event. Participants acknowledge that there is a possibility of appearing in such materials without being able to claim rights in respect of such materials. The organizer has the right to use these materials, publish them online or offline, on various channels, and use them in promotion and presentation campaigns of the festival, without rewarding the participant in any way.
  • Participants have the right to film and photograph the areas to which they have access, but may use these materials exclusively for personal purposes. Participants are allowed to publish the photos and footage of the Festival, only to the extent that they do not affect the image rights of other participants or the rights of the Organizer and are not made for commercial purposes. Also, participants will bear in mind that for certain activities/shows/concerts the Organizer may restrict or prohibit filming and/or photographing, at the request of the artists' management, in which case it will announce these situations through its own means of communication (website, social media, application, messages, via event coordinators inside the event, etc.). In case of non-compliance with this obligation, the Organizer will require the participant to stop the unauthorized activity/ delete the public posts, under the penalty of full bearing of the damages thus caused.! It is strictly forbidden to raise drones above the festival.
  • Participants note that any commercial or advertising activity, as well as the promotion of products, services, activities, ideas, cultural or political movements, is prohibited within the festival premises, without the written consent of the Organizer, regardless of the means, whether online or offline activities within the Festival.
  • Minors are prohibited from serving and consuming alcoholic beverages.
  • It is forbidden to use fire by any means (heating, atmospheric or any other methods of open fire, fireworks) and flammable materials on the entire perimeter of the festival or near it, including in the camping area.

VII. GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZERS

  • The organizer guarantees access and use of the festival services to any participant who holds a valid ticket. The dates of the Festival may be changed unilaterally by the Organizer or the Festival may be cancelled in case of force majeure or fortuitous event.
  • The dates of the Festival will not be changed in case of minor weather conditions (rain, cloudy days, etc.). Cases of force majeure are the intervention of administrative measures, official recommendations and/or the entry into force of legal norms, coming from national or local authorities that make it impossible or excessively burdensome to conduct the Festival under the conditions envisaged by the Organizer.
  • In the event of war, riot, terrorist attack, demonstrations, economic embargo, accident, fire, natural disaster, earthquake, flood, major short circuit, epidemics, official resolutions or other cases which cannot be foreseen or cannot be controlled by the Organizer or the Participant, neither Party shall comply with the obligations of this Regulation.
  • The organizer reserves the right to change the hours of the music program. The participant has no right to claim compensation in the event of such changes.
  • The organizer does not accept responsibility for any damage that occurred in the perimeter of the festival, which was not the result of a faulty organization or its negligence, or that was caused by severe weather events.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for actions that take place outside the Site. 7. Participants will be held liable for any and all damages caused to the Organizer, its collaborators or third parties by non-compliance with the legal provisions or provisions of this Regulation.
  • The organizer has the right, with immediate effect, to prohibit a participant from entering the festival grounds in whole or in part, or to invite the participant to leave the festival premises, in case of violation of the current regulations or a law in force in Romania.

VIII. PROTECTION AGAINST SYSTEM FRAUD

  • Festivalists are obliged to use the iabilet.ro and 42km.ro ticket purchasing platforms in good faith, in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, as well as in compliance with the law. Festivals are thus obliged to refrain from abusing the functions of the Site by using the Service contrary to its intended purpose and contrary to the Terms and Conditions.
  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel tickets for which there is a suspicion that they were obtained by fraud of the computer system, as well as to suspend the provision of services to participants who violate the above provisions.
