Order Delivery Policy - Obciniada 2025

This policy governs the delivery of ticket orders and access to the Obciniada 2025 Festival.

  • Ticket delivery method-Tickets for the Festival Obciniada 2025 are available exclusively through the iabilet.ro platform, and registrations for sporting events on 42km.ro. Tickets are delivered electronically, via e-mail, in digital format (PDF), and can be accessed directly from the user's account on the purchasing platform.
  • Delivery time- Tickets are delivered instantly after confirmation of payment. If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours of payment, please check the spam folder or contact the support service of the platform used for the purchase.
  • Access to the festival- To enter the festival premises, participants must present their digital or printed ticket along with a valid ID. At the entrance, tickets will be scanned and exchanged for an access bracelet, which must be worn throughout the event.
  • Ticket priceThe Full Pass includes access to the festival area for Saturday and Sunday, June 14 and 15. Friday, June 13, will be open access. 1 DAY PASS tickets will also be available on site.
  • Technical problems or delivery errors- In case of technical problems related to the delivery of the ticket, users should contact directly the ticketing platform used (iabilet.). The organizers of the Obciniada Festival are not responsible for any delays caused by technical problems of third party platforms.
  • Special conditions for the delivery of registration kits for sporting events - For participants in the sports competitions within the festival, the registration kits will be physically picked up at the event location, at the designated check-in points. The exact schedule and location for the pick-up will be communicated on the festival's official website and social media channels.
